How Journeys Work

Step 1
Pick Your Panel

Decide which panel fits your goals and life phase best. Follow the links above to Fullscript where you’ll add your chosen Journey panel to your cart and check out. If you don’t already have a free Fullscript account, you’ll be prompted to make one.

Step 2
Get Blood Drawn

After paying, Fullscript will prompt you to make your blood draw appointment at a nearby Quest location. If there are no convenient locations, or you’d prefer to have someone come to you, mobile phlebotomy is available.

Step 3
Take Action

Your lab results get reported directly to your practitioner and she’ll use the information provided in your intake forms from Practice Better, Fullscript and your lab report to build a comprehensive analysis of your current health and deliver a 90 day dietary, lifestyle and supplement plan to optimize your health.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The cost of the “Journey” is the cost of the lab panel listed above. The blood work and detailed interpretation are included in that price.

    Not included: supplements, additional fees for mobile phlebotomy, or 1:1 consultation time.

  • Convenience, speed, and data. If you’re more of a DIY kind of person, or if you don’t have the time to wait for an initial consultation right now, these Journeys are a perfect way to get deep insight into your health and take immediate action on your goals.
    While Journeys and Initial Consultations are the same price point, Journeys include the cost of the labs, are done on your own schedule, and offer results and protocols within 1-2 weeks. Initial Consultations don’t include labs, but do include 1.5-2 hours of face-to-face conversation, which will be scheduled based on practitioner availability.

  • No, not via Journeys. If your health goals don’t fit into the four client types above, you already have labs, or you’re interested in additional functional testing, our 1:1 Consultations or Lab Review service would be a better fit for you.
